Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be packed with love and then shipped. 

JEWELRY:

Care: My earrings and bracelets are hand made and may have slight imperfections but will always live up to my high standards of quality. If you're earrings need a cleaning, use a cotton ball/q-tip with rubbing alcohol or acetone to clean. Polymer clay is very durable but please do not bend your earrings. 

Returns: Jewelry sales are final. Due to handmade nature, I understand things happen. That said, if something you purchased breaks please reach out and we will discuss how to move forward with either a repair or replacement.

APPAREL:

Returns: Don’t love it? Return it for store credit. Email within 5 days of receiving your items and a reason for your return. Once a return email is received you will be sent a pre-paid return label to return your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the return label. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in excellent condition. 

Local Pick-Up is only available for those local to me. If local pick up is selected on an order and the customer is not local, the order will be canceled and need to be re-ordered with the correct shipping. Items will not be held during the re-order process.
